December Changelog: New Features and Improvements in Fuul ⚡️

Welcome to the December changelog! This month, we’ve rolled out some exciting new features and improvements to make Fuul even more effective for your incentives programs.

Let’s dive into the updates:

1. Filter Volume Leaderboard by Conversions ⭐️

What’s new

Projects can now filter the leaderboard data by specific conversions when setting up their Fuul Hosted landing page. If your incentive program includes multiple conversions, you’ll be able to choose which conversion to use as the filter.

How this helps your project:

  • Clearer Communication: The filtered leaderboard ensures that your users only see the volume data relevant to a specific conversion, making it easier to understand and engage with your program.
  • Enhanced Effectiveness: By displaying targeted data, you can highlight key metrics that align with your incentive goals, improving the overall impact of your program.

Getting Started:

  1. Go to your Fuul Hosted landing page setup.
  2. Add a leaderboard component.
  3. If your program includes multiple conversions, select the conversion you want to filter by.

Once configured, your leaderboard will display the filtered volume directly on your landing page, providing a seamless experience for your users.

2. Pending Approval for Payouts ⏳

What’s new?

We’ve introduced an optional Pending Approval status for payouts, giving projects greater control over how rewards are distributed. By default, payouts are processed automatically when a payout rule is configured. However, you can now disable automatic payouts. When this option is selected, payouts will require manual approval from the project before being processed.

How this helps your project:

  • Robust Fraud Prevention: Fuul already features a strong sybil detection system to safeguard your incentive programs. However, if your project requires an additional layer of control (e.g. for programs that may be gameable) this feature allows you to manually review and approve payouts.
  • Enhanced Oversight: This ensures payouts align with program rules and expectations, giving you confidence in the integrity of your incentive initiatives.

Getting Started:

  1. Go to your Payout Rule configuration.
  2. Toggle Disable Automatic Payouts for the desired rule.
  3. Once enabled, payouts linked to this rule will move to the Pending Approval status, allowing you to review and approve them manually.

3. Edit Conversions 🎯

What’s new?

We’ve introduced a new form to edit conversions, giving you greater flexibility and control over your incentive programs. Now you can easily make adjustments to existing conversions, ensuring they remain aligned with your program’s goals and evolving needs.

With this feature, you can modify:

  • Conversion names
  • Triggers
  • Conditions between triggers
  • Time periods

How this helps your project:

  • Flexibility: Quickly update your conversions to reflect changes in your program without disrupting its flow.
  • Agility: Adapt your incentive programs in real-time to keep them effective and relevant.
  • Customizable Programs: Design incentive programs that are fully tailored to your goals and adaptable to future requirements.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Make updates independently, without needing external support.

Getting Started:

  1. Navigate to the Conversions section in the Fuul app.
  2. Select the conversion you want to edit.
  3. Use the new form to modify names, triggers, conditions, or time periods as needed.

4. Advanced Audience Segmentation 👤

What’s new?

Audiences in Fuul just got a serious upgrade! Projects can now create audiences based on specific conversions, along with new options to configure volume and time conditions. This allows you to build highly customized audiences tailored to your program’s goals.

How this helps your project:

  • Targeted Campaigns: Easily create audiences that align with your incentive strategies, such as users who traded over a certain volume in the past week.
  • Personalization: Build incentive programs that feel tailored to specific users, boosting engagement and loyalty.
  • Flexibility: Combine conversion-based conditions with volume and time filters to create dynamic and precise audience segments.

Getting Started:

  1. Go to the Audiences section in Fuul.
  2. Choose the conversion-based condition for your audience.
  3. Add parameters to refine your segmentation.
